REFUND POLICY
At Digitz Park, we strive to deliver exceptional custom design services that align with our clients’ visions and exceed their expectations. We pride ourselves on our professional approach and dedication to excellence in every project. Client satisfaction is paramount, and we work diligently to ensure our designs meet the highest standards. However, we understand that there may be occasions when a client requests a refund. To address these situations fairly and transparently, we have established the following comprehensive refund policy.
Our refund policy is structured to provide clarity and fairness for both Digitz Park and our clients. It accommodates various scenarios and offers detailed guidelines on eligibility and the process for requesting refunds. Please be noted that any service either promotional or non promotional has an administration fee of $25. We value open communication and encourage our clients to actively participate by providing feedback throughout the design process, ensuring the best possible results.
This policy outlines the conditions for refunds, the steps involved in the refund process, and the specific types of services that are non-refundable. By adhering to this policy, we aim to maintain the integrity of our services while addressing any client concerns fairly and efficiently.
Refund Eligibility
Any request for refunds shall be sent to our official email addresses either to dedicated account manager or you can email at finance@digitzparkinc.com within 30 minutes. Refund requests are evaluated carefully and fairly, with specific conditions applying to ensure transparency.

Initial Design Approval:
- If none of the initial design concepts align with the customer’s brief, the customer may request a refund within 30 minutes.
- Once the initial design concepts are approved or if a revision is requested, any deposited fees will not be refunded, except if Digitz Park cancels or terminates the contract for reasons not related to client performance or breach.

Revision Requests:
- We encourage clients to provide feedback for revisions, which helps us refine the designs to meet client expectations. Once revisions are requested, the Money Back Guarantee is void, but our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee still applies.

Inaction Period:
- If no action is taken on an order for 14 days, the Money Back Guarantee is void. However, Digitz Park may review and uphold the offer at its discretion.

Final Files Delivery:
- Refund requests will not be considered once the final files have been delivered.

Change of Mind:
- If a client is satisfied with the project but seeks a refund due to a change of mind or other personal reasons, they will not qualify for a refund.

Website Creation:
- Once the website creation is finalized and the website is launched live, refunds will not be issued.

Video Animation Packages
- Refund requests for video animation packages cannot be accepted once the storyboard has been finalized.

Refund Process
To ensure a smooth and transparent process, the following steps are taken for refund requests:

Before Initial Design Delivery:
- If a refund request is submitted before receiving the initial design concepts, a full refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee) will be provided.

Within 48 Hours of Initial Design Delivery:
- Requests submitted within 48 hours are eligible for a 66% refund, with a 10% service and processing fee deducted.

After 48 Hours:
- Refund requests initiated more than 48 hours after receiving the initial design will not be processed. Nonetheless, clients are welcome to reach out to us to discuss any issues they may have.

Final Files Delivery:
- No refund requests will be entertained once the final files have been delivered.
Types of Refunds

Money-Back Guarantee:
- For specific services, there exists a 24-hour money-back guarantee period. During this time, if the client is dissatisfied with the service, they can request a full refund of the purchase amount (not applicable on Non-Refundable Services), with deductions for applicable fees.

Non-Returnable Services:

- Some services, such as custom or personalized services that have been utilized or consumed, are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Services
Services unrelated to design work are excluded from refunds and do not fall under our 100% money-back guarantee. If included in a package deal, such services cannot be grounds for requesting a refund for the entire package.

- Copyright Protection Certificates
- Any promotional Ad services (logo, branding and website)
- Website & Email Hosting Services
- Website SSL Certificates
- Website Domain Purchase
- Website Maintenance Plans
- Content Writing
- Website SEO Plans and Services
- Social Media Marketing
- Google AdWords Campaigns
- Telephone Services
Cancellation Fees
Orders with 16-hour and 24-hour delivery services are subject to a minimum administration fee of $200. If the order value is less than $200, the order value will be considered the administration fee.
Intellectual Property
Clients claiming a refund will not have the right to use any initial design concepts provided. All rights to these designs remain with Digitz Park until full payment is made.
Refund Timeline
Upon approval of a refund request, it can take up to 21 business days to process and credit the refund amount.
Good Faith Clause
The money-back guarantee is based on orders placed in good faith. If a client has placed design orders with more than one design agency for the same job to claim a refund, it is not considered in good faith. In such cases, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.
Customer Feedback
Design work is subjective, and client feedback is crucial for achieving desired results. We encourage clients to provide detailed feedback to help us meet their expectations.

Additional Terms
Any similarity to an existing design will be purely coincidental. Digitz Park will not be liable for any claims or compensation in such cases. It is the client’s responsibility to secure copyrights for their artwork.
Digitz Park retains the right to reject any project or terminate any contract at its discretion. If a refund is issued, the client loses all rights to use the designs in any capacity, and the designs will remain the exclusive property of Digitz Park.
In instances of dissatisfaction with management’s decision, a partial refund may be considered. There are no refunds for rush service charges.
Refund eligibility is void if the client is non-responsive for 40 days, although projects can be held upon request. Reinitiating a project after 40 days may incur an additional fee.
To ensure smooth project management and timely delivery of services, please note the following:
Website Projects: If client does not respond within 15 days after the delivery of the initial design/revision a redemption fee of $75 will be required to resume the project.
Designing Projects: If client does not respond within 15 days after the delivery of their initial concepts/revisions, a redemption fee of $25 will be required to resume the project.
Marketing Projects: If client does not respond within 20 days after the delivery of their content plan or revisions, a redemption fee of $100 will be required to restart the project.
This will help us manage our workflow more efficiently and continue providing you with the highest quality service.
Timely payments are essential for project continuity. If a payment is missed by the committed date, a penalty will be determined by the company. If unpaid for over 2 weeks, the project enters redemption status, with a fee of $75 for website projects and $35 for logo projects to resume work.
Policy Amendments
Digitz Park reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the policy will be made available on Digitz Park’s official website.
